We accept cash on delivery, bank transfer, credit/debit cards, and installment plans through Valu and select credit card providers. Payment options are displayed during checkout.
Do you offer installment plans in Egypt?
Yes, we offer installment payment through Valu and participating banks. Installment approval and terms are managed by the payment provider based on their eligibility criteria.
How does installment payment through Valu work?
Create an account on the Valu website or app, activate it at the nearest Valu branch, choose your down payment amount and installment period, then select Valu as your payment method during checkout on our store. We can guide you through the registration process if needed.

Are the devices tested before delivery?
Yes, every laptop undergoes thorough testing by our experienced technicians. We check hardware components, battery health, screen quality, keyboard, ports, and overall performance before listing any device for sale.
Do the laptops come with original accessories?
Most laptops come with a compatible charger. Original accessories may vary depending on availability. If you have specific accessory requirements, please contact us before ordering.
Do you sell Windows laptops and MacBooks?
Yes, we offer both Windows laptops from brands like Dell, HP, and Lenovo, as well as Apple MacBook Air and MacBook Pro models in various configurations.
Is the operating system included?
Yes, all laptops come with a genuine, activated operating system. MacBooks include macOS, and Windows laptops include a licensed version of Windows with Microsoft Office activated for life.

Is there a warranty on reBuyTech devices?
Yes, all devices come with a 3-month warranty against manufacturing defects. This covers hardware issues that arise under normal use during the warranty period.
What does the warranty cover?
The warranty covers hardware malfunctions and defects in components such as the motherboard, screen, keyboard, and internal parts. It does not cover physical damage, liquid damage, or issues caused by misuse.
How can I request warranty support?

Is there technical support after purchase?
Yes, we provide remote technical support for 3 months after purchase. Our team is available to help with software issues, setup questions, and general troubleshooting. We also offer regular follow-ups to ensure your device is performing well.
Do you offer repair services?
Yes, we operate a service center with over 20 years of experience. If you experience any issues with your device at any time, we can provide repair services even after the warranty period.

Do you deliver across Egypt?
Yes, we deliver to all major cities and governorates across Egypt. Delivery is available to your home or office address.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery typically takes 2 to 5 business days depending on your location. Cairo and Giza orders are usually delivered faster. We will confirm the estimated delivery time when you place your order.
Can I visit a reBuyTech branch?
Yes, you are welcome to visit our location in 6th of October City at Knouz El Nile Center, 4th District, next to Emad Ragheb Mosque. You can inspect devices in person before purchasing.
Which areas do you serve?
We serve all areas across Egypt including Cairo, Giza, Alexandria, and other governorates. Contact us to confirm delivery availability to your specific area.
Can I inspect the laptop before delivery?
If you visit our branch, you can inspect the laptop in person. For deliveries outside our area, we provide detailed photos and can arrange a remote inspection via AnyDesk so you can see the device condition before shipment.

Returns and exchanges are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you receive a device that does not match the description or has undisclosed issues, contact us immediately to discuss a solution.
