Refund policy

Our refund and exchange policy is valid for 3 days from the date you receive your order. If more than 3 days have passed since delivery, unfortunately we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

When can I return a product?

If the product is damaged during shipping, please refuse the shipment upon delivery and do not accept the package.

  • You may request a replacement within 3 days of receiving your order if the product has a manufacturing defect.

Please note that replacement requests submitted after the 3-day period cannot be accepted.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 3 business days.

If you wish to return a product

If you decide to return a product, please notify us immediately and return it at the time of delivery or within 24 hours of receiving it, where applicable.

When are returns not accepted?

Unfortunately, we cannot accept return requests in the following situations:

  • The return request is submitted after the allowed return period (3 days from delivery, or 14 days for defective items where applicable).
  • The product has been used, damaged, or is not in the same condition in which it was received.
  • Any consumable item has been used or installed.
  • The product's serial number has been removed, altered, tampered with, or is missing.
  • Any item originally included with the shipment is missing, including price tags, labels, original packaging, free gifts, manuals, or accessories.
  • Fragile products or items related to personal hygiene and health.

Shipping costs for returned products are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.

How can I cancel my order?

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped. In this case, you will receive a full refund of any amount paid.

If your order has already been shipped but has not yet been delivered, you may still request cancellation. Your refund will be processed after the shipment has been returned to reBuyTech by the shipping company.

Once an order has been successfully delivered, it can no longer be cancelled. Any further requests will be handled in accordance with this Refund & Exchange Policy.
