Installment purchases are subject to approval by the relevant financing provider. reBuyTech does not control financing decisions, credit limits, fees, down payments, or installment terms.

7. Delivery

We deliver to many locations across Egypt. Delivery availability and charges may vary depending on the destination and order value.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary because of:

Customer location.
Courier schedules.
Public holidays.
Product availability and preparation.
Events outside our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact and delivery information.

Risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer after successful delivery and acceptance of the order, subject to applicable consumer rights.

8. Warranty

Eligible products include the warranty period stated on the product page, sales invoice, or warranty document. Unless otherwise stated, eligible laptops include a three-month limited warranty.

The warranty generally covers qualifying hardware faults that arise during normal use within the applicable warranty period.

The warranty does not generally cover:

To qualify for a return or exchange, customers may be required to:
