If you are unable to visit one of our branches, we can deliver your laptop anywhere in Egypt through a specialized shipping company. Shipping charges are paid by the customer according to the rates determined by the selected courier company.

Before Shipping

Before shipping your order, we provide detailed photos of the actual laptop from multiple angles. The photos can be sent by email, WhatsApp, or any communication method you prefer.

Once you confirm that you are satisfied with the device's condition, we prepare your order and, whenever possible, hand it over to the shipping company on the same business day.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time is typically 2 to 4 business days, depending on your location and the courier company's schedule.

Occasionally, delivery may take longer due to circumstances beyond our control, although such delays are uncommon.

Packaging

Every laptop is carefully packaged using secure protective materials to minimize the risk of damage during transportation and ensure it arrives safely.

Shipping Charges

Shipping fees generally range from EGP 150 to EGP 250, depending on the courier company's pricing, the destination, and the weight of the shipment.

Delivery Delays

Once your order has been handed over to the shipping company on the agreed shipping date, any delivery delays become the responsibility of the courier company. Such delays are rare and may occur only due to exceptional circumstances or events affecting the shipping provider.

Payment

Unless otherwise agreed, customers pay the full amount for the laptop upon delivery (Cash on Delivery).
